Return Eligibility:

• Items must be returned within 14 business days of the purchase date.
• Returned items must be in new or unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached or included within the packaging (if possible).
• Order ID/Number although optional could be showed to verify the refund request quicker.

• For Bank Transfer: Please include your bank’s Sort Code and Account Number.

Return Shipping: Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.

Refunds:

• Once we receive your return, verify its condition and the check the authenticity of your order, your refund will be processed within 14 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or different if details are provided. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles (1-50 days) for the refund to appear in your account.
• We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Please Note:

• A 10% restocking fee will be applied to returns exceeding £20.
